Single-Dads

Whether you’re a two parent family or a single parent family raising your kids is not a walk in the park. What occurs though when you’re a single dad with all that it implies? Do single dads have it harder on them raising kids all on their own? Or may they have it slightly easier then single moms? Is there anything called “moderate” though where raising your kids are concerned though?

You guessed rightly, there’s really nothing called “gentle” where raising is kids is involved, it just depends on the varying degrees of hardness. So where do single dads stand in all of this? If two parent families have a hard time then how are the lowly single dads supposed to cope?

Appropriately first of all, you should really stop thinking of yourselves as “lowly” to begin with. There’s really no such thing as lowly single dads, I’m sorry to mention that it’s all in your minds and is a social and media driven myth. Single dads are just as capable of bringing up children on their own as are single mothers, and with no less degree of success either.

It’s in truth all in your mind whether you’re going to give in to the stereotypical image of single dads and be as helpless as a newborn baby when it comes to raising your kids or whether you’re going to take the bull by the horns and raise your kids the way they must be.

Therefore you’re a single dad, does it in fact matter? You may do everything that a mother could do, with the exception of breast feeding yes indeed, nevertheless you ought to have heard of milk bottles by now nice? Therefore use them! And if your kids are new grown up and top the scale at knee high to a grasshopper you may still do everything that a mother could. Single dads can still remedy and kiss away hurt knees and elbows, and you may still try your hand at baking.

What about when they get older? You can teach them to drive, advise them when they fall in appreciate for the first time, and console them when they go through their first break up. Single dads are qualified to all this and new. Consequently what are you waiting for? Your child needs you and just because you’re one of the thousand single dads out there it doesn’t necessarily follow that you’ll be incompetent and inapte to bring up your children to be a credit to you.

Quite the contrary a case in point, if you can handle a stress filled job and an ornery boss with no qualms then take this particular bull by the horns and show the world that single dads can too raise great kids! Show them that single dads rock and show them that with a tiny grit and robustness on your part you may achieve great results.
